Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All orders received on a working day before 1pm will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery. Any order received after 1pm or during weekend will be despatched next working day for dilivery the following working day.We use Parcel Force for our deliveries. You will receive an email with the consignment number by 6pm on the day of despatch. You will also receive any delivery updates directly from Parcel Force.
Some items cannot be sent via standard courier (any item over 3m in length), if your order contains any of these items we will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery.
Delivery cost is £6.95 for any order under £100.00 all orders over £100 delivery is FOC. All orders will be despatched via Parcel Force no matter how small, hence the delivery cost. We do not profit from our delivery charges.
