Installing a Sky extension point.

It’s incredibly easy to install a Sky extension point.

You will need –

Cable – Enough to get from the back of your Digibox to the TV you want to watch sky on.
Cable clips.
Coax connectors – 1 x male and 1 x female connector.
Magic Eye – Not essential, but will allow you to change channel without having to go to the Digibox to do so.
Extra Sky remote – Again not essential, but you can guarantee that the remote is always in the other room when you want it.


Run the cable from the RF 2 output on the back of the Digibox to the TV extension point.
Connect the magic eye to the end of the cable, and then connect the magic eye to the TV.
You will need to switch on the line power to the RF2 output on the Digibox.

Press 4
On the handset type ‘0’ ‘1’ then ‘Select’
This will take you into an installer menu.
Press 4
Scroll down to second outlet supply and switch to ‘ON’
Scroll down to ‘Save New Settings’ and press ‘Select’
The LED on the magic eye should now come on.
