Freesat replacement cards

If you already have Freesat from Sky you will need to get a new viewing card in order to keep watching your full range of channels. For more information and to order your replacement viewing card visit www.sky.com/replacecard.

What happens if I don't get a new card?

If you do not start using your new card by the end of November 2009 - You will lose access to certain channels, including:

· ITV1 (in these regions only: Anglia W, Central SW, Mer N, Mer SE, TT S, Yorks E)
· Channel 4 HD
· FIVE
· FIVE USA, FIVE USA +1, FIVER, FIVER +1
· Sky 3

Why am I not sent a new card automatically?

As a Freesat from Sky customer, we want to be sure that new viewing cards are sent to the right address so are asking our customers to give us their up to date contact details.

Will I be charged for a replacement viewing card?

Don't worry, if you bought your card after 1st May 2006 you are eligible for a free replacement card. If you bought before 1st May 2006 then you can purchase a new card for £20.
